Our studios and gallery are open for all 10 days:

Art Along the Lake Fall Studio Tour from 10:00 to 5:00pm
This year the tour is September 25 – October 4, 2026

If you are traveling up the North Shore for the Art Along the Lake fall 10 day tour the gallery and studio are approximately 3.5 miles uphill off of Highway 61. Just turn on Highway 7. Then turn left on County Road 44 continuing uphill and follow it to the very end.

Or if you are traveling from Grand Marais it is 8.5 miles to your destination. Drive west on Highway 7 to County Road 45. Turn right. Drive to the first four way intersection and turn right onto County Road 44. Follow it to the very end.

Either way it is a lovely drive through the woods to reach the Frykmans.
And hiking through the woods is not necessary.
